Is simply a platform, which helps in interaction of various software to the machine i.e computer, and Has no right in Giving the pre-Loaded Software, but a PreLoaded IExplorer in windows, harms others like Mozilla Firfox, google Chorme etc, In-return this has cost Microsoft hundreds of millions of dollars in fines in recent years.
So, European versions of Microsoft's new Windows 7 operating will not include a copy of the company's Internet Explorer browser, Whereas a new concept wherein users would be presented with a "ballot screen" that would allow them to pick their browser of choice during the initial setup process.
